To be eligible, entrants must authorize the SocialToaster app against a personal, current, valid account on at least one or more of the supported social networks, including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or MySpace. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their personal accounts conform to the respective Terms of Service for each associated social network. Participation in a Contest is subject to earning "Points" during that Contest's Contest Period. Points are earned for a variety of activities, including, but not limited to: signing up for the program, adding various social networks, promoting content to various social networks, and for unique human visitors who come to pages promoted through the program. Specific point values for each activity are posted on the 3MChampionship app and are subject to change at any time without notice. Points can only be earned for links specifically promoted through the Program, which result in unique shortened tracking links that are specific to each entrant and the corresponding social network that they promote it to. For example, an Entrant may not earn points by going to an arbitrary URL located at 3MChampionship.com and copying and pasting it to one of their personal social networks. Additionally, points earned for visitors are specifically limited to unique human visitors for each URL promoted through the program. For example, an Entrant may not earn additional points by clicking on one of their own promoted links multiple times.
No form of entry other than specified herein is permitted; use of automated, programmed, robotic or like forms of entry or participation is expressly prohibited. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple email and/or street addresses and/or under multiple identities to enter multiple times will be disqualified. Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entries deemed to be suspicious or in violation of these Rules.
Winners of any random selection Contests will be chosen at random from eligible Entrants received during the Contest Period for that Contest, and that match any additional criteria (i.e. Top Ten Based on Points Earned) that may be stated for that Contest.
3M Championship Ambassadors are not eligible to win monthly prizes in two consecutive calendar months.
Winners of all Contests will be contacted at the email address used to sign up for the program, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. Sponsor will mail the contest prize to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email unless otherwise specified. Claiming of prizes requires an email response to the Sponsor from the winning sender email address within 5 days of being notified of winning at the email used to enter. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Sponsor is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).
Winners are subject to verification of identity and eligibility for the program under these Rules. Winners must supply Sponsor with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, and daytime and nighttime telephone numbers.
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings, prizes are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash or any other items, and are deemed to have no cash value. If a specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Sponsor may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Program is impaired in any way for any reason, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Program to address the impairment and then resume the Program and any associated Contests in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Rules; or (b) award the prize(es) for any open Contest(s) from among the eligible Entrants received up to the time of impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Program, or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
