What are the requirements of a volunteer?
All volunteers must work a minimum of 16 hours. However, there is flexibility with days and times with all the different committees.
Why is there a fee to volunteer?
So that the tournament charity can benefit as much as possible, your payment of $65 helps offset the cost of the volunteer package, which includes:
- One golf shirt (mens and ladies styles available)
- One jacket (mens and ladies styles available)
- One hat
- Preferred parking during your shifts
- Food vouchers on the days you work
- An invitation to the Volunteer Appreciation Party
Do you still need volunteers?
Yes, we are always looking for more volunteers to join our team! Come out to see the greatest players of the game, meet new people and support a GREAT cause.
Your schedule is in your uniform packet with volunteer handbook and badge that you receive with your uniform. Any questions you have regarding the schedule, should be directed to your chairperson.

Can I bring a guest to the Volunteer Party on Saturday night?
No, the tournament hosts an appreciation party for all of our volunteers to thank them for their time, commitment and support.
When can I pick up my uniform?
Most volunteers will attend one of the two general uniform distributions below unless your committee has a separate meeting in which you will receive an e-mail from your chair person.
